Duties And Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Attend and successfully complete all company required training programs
  • Develop business opportunities within Stratus HR’s target market by connecting through personal marketing activities such as networking, direct contacts, social media, lead generation follow up to appoint prospective clients.
  • Conduct meetings with C-Suite to introduce Stratus HR’s service and qualify prospective clients for a good business fit.
  • Evaluate the needs, wants, goals and costs of prospective clients.
  • Maintain sensitive client data with the utmost integrity and confidentiality.
  • Present Stratus HR’s proposals to gain the client relationship and execute company required agreements.
  • Assist in the successful implementation of new clients.
  • Maintain all client touchpoints, meetings and sales activity in CRM.
  • Reports on sales activity to CEO and executive management team.
  • Manages multiple channel selling strategies and marketing tools.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
  • Creates sales forecasting and business development activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
  • Promotes the company’s DNA through all product lines, presentations, promotional materials, and events.
  • Prepares sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
  • Communicates with internal departments during client onboarding processes.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Skills:
  • Minimum five years of business-related acumen and experience (sales operations, finance, marketing, etc.).
  • Degree in Business or other related field. MBA preferred, but not required.
  • Proven sales and marketing leader able to drive revenue and growth.
  • Experience using Hubspot.
  • Ability to find creative problem solving and marketing techniques.
  • A strategic, self-starter who enjoys a challenge and is results driven.
  • A leader who can take feedback from their team and combine it with industry best practices to develop and improve company strategies.
  • Intimate knowledge of sales, brand marketing, lead generation and can build requests for proposals.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication with a wide variety of business audiences.
  • Ability to develop and deliver presentations to C-Suite executives and decision makers.
